Santa Rita Heights Thirty one houses were built at the Santa Rita Heights Housing Project in Corozal Town. Two and three bedroom houses were constructed that measured between 400 to 1250 square feet. Construction phase lasted from 1999 to 2001
San Pedro and Cristo Rey Village Water Installation Project at Corozal District: Laid 60,000 feet of 6 inch, 4 inch, and 2 inch PVC pipes - in collaboration with Belize Water Services Ltd. and Social Investment Fund. This project took one year to complete in the year 2003.
San Joaquin Village – Corozal District. Ferro Concrete split level dwelling house measuring 1,900 square feet.
Patchakan Community Center Patchakan Village Community Center – Corozal District: Built the village community center from foundation start to finish. The center measures 6,500 sq. feet. The building was done under the supervision of the Ministry of Works, Government of Belize. 2004
Home in Consejo Built home in Consejo Village – Corozal District for an American Couple. This unique structure had required USA standards. It measured 3,300 square feet.
Mary Hill Library Mary Hill Primary School Library – Corozal Town. It measures 1,200 square feet, built in collaboration with the Ministry of Education - Government of Belize.
Chain Length Fence
Consejo Village Port Authority Fence, 2,000 feet of chain length fence secured in concrete.
APT Building Built the second floor which measured 1,500 square feet. It is now being used as an Apartment.
